With advanced infrastructure and skilled labour, we deliver a pair of
shoe in a time period between 7-8 days. Fellmonger shoes are
handcrafted from start to finish. It’s a pair of shoe specially made for
you.
Return/ Exchange
Size Issue - In the case of a size issue, we should be notified
within 2 business days after the delivery of the shoes. We will provide a
free exchange in this case. The customer will be liable to pay the
return cost (as actuals) till our facility. We will ship the exchanged
product at no extra cost though. The Exchange is only possible once.
Upon availing the exchange the same customer is not liable to claim
another exchange. However in case a wrong product is shipped from our
end, we shall re-ship the correct product.

Note: Once the exchange is availed, no refund or exchange is possible
post that. Any Sale/ Lucky Size item is not compliant with the return
and exchange policy.
Refund
A refund is only possible in case of a manufacturing defect. We need
to be notified within 2 business days after the delivery of the shoes.
Refund is only given as a store credit or credit to your bank account.
Please note that the shoes can be Refunded only in the following conditions:
Shoes are completely unused, which means that there should not be
any scratch or use marks on the sole of the shoe or on the upper
It should be packed in the original packaging the way it reached you.
For return reasons please take great care when you first try on your
shoes to avoid leather marking and other sole stains. If you trying to
assess the size/fit of the shoes, please walk on a carpet or a clean
surface to avoid sole damages. The replacement of the shoes takes 1-2
weeks (subject to availability), we will always do our best to expedite
the replacement.
If the shoe does not qualify for the exchange/ refund conditions as
mentioned above, the customer will be liable to pay two way shipping and
handling charges.
All damages on arrival issue should be reported within 48 hours
along with the pictures to investigate transit reasons with third party
couriers.
Note: Any Sale/Lucky size item cannot be refunded. Also any Custom made/Bespoke order can also not be refunded.
Order Cancellation
After receiving your order, our customer care team will contact you
to confirm the order via email, phone, and Whatsapp. If you do not
respond to our order confirmation attempts, your order will be auto
cancelled within 48 hours of order placement.

or call or WhatsApp us at +919899135310 before your order has been
dispatched from our warehouse. Once we dispatch the order, we won’t be
able to accept any cancellation requests. You can MODIFY your order once
at the time of confirmation call.
