Right away! As soon as you place an order, within minutes you receive a call from our team to confirm your order. You also receive an email with a tracking number for your convenience.

What payment methods can I use?

All the online transactions take place through our reliable payment gateway “ PayUmoney”. We accept all credit & debit cards. Cash on delivery (COD) is also available.

How can I track my order?

You will get a tracking number as soon as your product is ready for shipment. In the meantime you will get a confirmation by email and sms that your order is confirmed as soon as you place it.

I need my shoes tomorrow for a special occasion. Is there any provision for a speedy delivery?

What is your return policy? 

Return/ Exchange

At Fellmonger, every pair of shoes is purely made-to-order and handcrafted specifically for you. Because we do not maintain inventory and each pair is bespoke to your requirements, we do not offer general returns, exchanges for different styles, or monetary refunds.

However, we are committed to providing you with the perfect fit and world-class quality. If there is an issue with sizing or a manufacturing defect, we provide a dedicated “Call-Back & Correct” service.

1. The Made-to-Order Process & Cancellation

Every order at Fellmonger undergoes a strict confirmation process:

• Prepaid Orders: These are considered auto-confirmed; however, our team will still contact you to verify sizing and specific details.

• COD Orders: These are only processed after a direct confirmation from the customer.

• Finality: Once an order has been confirmed (via call or automated system) and the production process begins, cancellations are not permitted. As the leather is cut specifically for your order, the sale is considered final.

2. Sizing Issues (The Fit Guarantee)

If the shoes do not fit correctly, we will happily call them back to adjust or remake them for you.

• Notification Window: You must notify us of sizing issues within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Condition: Shoes must be in pristine, unworn condition. We strictly recommend trying your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the leather soles. Shoes with visible sole wear or creasing cannot be accepted for adjustment.

• The Process: We will arrange for the shoes to be sent back to our facility. Our craftsmen will either adjust the existing pair or manufacture a corrected size.

• Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to our facility. Fellmonger will cover the shipping cost of the corrected pair back to you.

3. Manufacturing Defects

We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect:

• Notification: Please contact us via WhatsApp or Email with clear photographs of the defect within 48 hours of delivery.

• Resolution: Defective items will be called back immediately for priority repair or a full replacement at no additional cost to the customer.

4. Sale & Lucky Size Items

Items purchased from the "Lucky Size" or "Sale" sections are sold "as-is" and are not eligible for the standard adjustment or call-back policy unless a manufacturing defect is present.

5. How to Initiate a Call-Back

To request a size adjustment or report a defect:

1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your Order Number.

2. Provide a brief description of the issue.

3. Our team will provide the Return Address and a Return Authorization.

4. Pack the shoes securely in their original branded dust bags and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

Can I read or write a product review?
